Public Representations and Career

São Paulo Office of the Attorney General Career.

In 2018 sat on the Special Panel of Justice Prosecutors, after being elected by the Attorney Generals of the State of Sao Paulo.

After his retirement in June 2018, he joined Marcelo Knopfelmacher as co-chair in cases of great renown, both in criminal defense and in assistance to the prosecution.

Currently engaged in revision and implementation of anticorruption agendas, most notedly in the creation of compliance programs, emphasizing integrity and regulatory conformity for large Brazilian and International corporations.

Additionally, he is a partner and director at the international consulting company First Capital Solutions Ltd., based in London, United Kingdom.


Awards

In 2001, received from the hands of the then president Fernando Henrique Cardoso, the “National Human Rights Award” which was created on September 8th 1995, by presidential decree, in honor of his work as prosecutor in the “Carandiru Massacre” case.
